To tell You a little about the meaning of the anthem.. The organisation who is making the "Pryme" event gave us almost free hands... I wanted to combine the genres a bit, because the event is based on 2 stages. Mainstage with Hardstyle/Hardocre, and the Gorgeuos Stage with trance-style. So i tried to come up with some ideas for the lyrics and so on, and this is how it went. The intro is being kept a bit oldschool and with a clear kickbass-line.. The break speaks for it self, and the mainpart is built up from a bit trancy melody that took some time for us to finish. This track needs to be played at a Club-System/Events System, where it really comes to a true expression! The track has been tested a bit, and got really good feedback from people on the floor and hands in the air!
At first i was supposed to do the anthem by myself, but A-Lusion & me got so in to it together that we decided to release it as a collab. Im really proud to do an Anthem for this new big event, and really proud to make a release together with one of my "idols" from the hardstyle-scene! Some of You may wonder why A-Lusion isnĀ“t on the line up. Answer: It was meant to be a surprise at the event that we would play together, but unfortunatly A-Lusion already had a booking in Belgium the same night which he off course respects
Long story, but i think it is important sometimes to explain the thoughts behind a track:)
Zeker, deze plaat voelt echt slap aan. Jammer.
